"At the end of 2024, I purchased a beautiful Volvo V60 from Zuid-Oost, which was competitively priced. From the very first minute, I received enthusiastic service and honest communication, and after a test drive, I was immediately sold. A year later, the service was carried out properly, but unfortunately, I had to return for a faulty headlight (leveling control), which was promptly replaced under warranty. However, just a week after the warranty expired, the high-voltage coolant heater (HVCH) broke. This is a known issue for Volvo, so I called and was able to come in on short notice to have it replaced free of charge. That service deserves more than 5 stars, and that's how you retain customers. I will definitely continue to go to Zuid-Oost for my maintenance, even though it's a bit further out, but you won't find customer service like Zuid-Oost everywhere. Thanks again!"
