"I don't recommend it. If you're looking to buy a car, I recommend Kia in The Hague or another city. I bought a fully equipped Kia Sorento and waited eight months. I understand completely. However, when I picked up the car, it was shaking. I went to the service center the next day, and they said they needed to replace two rims and two tires. No problem, I said. However, the problem arose when they informed me the car would be unavailable for two days. When I asked about a replacement car, they offered me a bicycle for the 40 km commute to work! Rudeness and disappointment are the reasons why I never went there again, even though I pick up a new car at the dealership in Delft. Even the Kia service center in The Hague was surprised by their approach! IF YOU WANT BUY A KIA GO TO DEN HAAG !!"

"We bought a demo car last month, and our salesperson Anton was exceptional. Even though we were planning to buy a new one in a different color, after our test drive and interaction with Anton, we had complete trust to immediately trade in our old car and buy the demo car. Anton and Kia Delft really think along with the client to find solutions which we really appreciated! For example, they were not prepared to sell the demo car, but since we wanted to drive it home the same day, they were flexible to agree to this but insisted on a later appointment to thoroughly clean the car and do a maintenance check on it, to guarantee quality."

"Very bad customer service. Probably if I could speak Dutch fluently, customer service would be better. Car parts were ordered with just a piece of paper that I left on the front desk. Nobody called to confirm the order. I am not a car expert unfortunately. Invoice was requested to be 100% paid without any confirmation of the order. When I asked to return one part that was not used at all, the reply was "parts cannot be returned". This is very unfortunate because I wish I could drive my car for a service there."

"This one star review is a result of several interactions with this business, and I hope it helps them find their pitfalls and improve their business. First reason for this negative review: Lack of Respect from employees; I visited them several times. During my visit, I needed to wait for a very long time to just ask a simple question. Employee somehow ignores you! Like they have something more important to do than answering their customers. Second reason: I bought a car with a one-year guarantee. Since day one, I felt something is wrong with the stirring wheel. I approached them and asked to fix it. But, after two days, they said everything is fine and they couldn't find any problem. But if there were a problem, they supposed to fix it for free. After a year when I tried to do my APK with another dealer (after the first year of guarantee), they said that stirring wheel is broken, and they need to fix it, and it cost me 300 euros!!! Third reason: I ask them to fix my tire sensor. After two days of repair they fixed it, but it last only few hours and the problem came back again! So, they were not able to fix it probably, I guess.
