"Very poor service post the initial booking. I had to wait 4weeks until my car was ready, my attempts at communication were ignored. It wasn’t until I copied in the regional director that I got an immediate answer. My car had panels forcibly removed and broken. I had to call and chase them time after time.. when I finally collected the car there was still a part missing and on checking the car at home, more parts had been broken. On the whole a terrible experience"

"Extremely unfriendly staff. You don't even get "hello" when you enter the store. Bored staff, you say they are doing you a favor not that you came to buy a car, you don't get information about the cars. We wanted to do a test drive and were refused on the grounds that we don't have a Dutch driver's license."
