"My experience with Kia Naaldwijk was utterly disappointing. My Kia Spotage had a broken gearbox, and I took it to the dealership. They told me, without hesitation, that it would take at least four months before they could even look at it. Four months! For a defect that makes the car completely unusable. No replacement vehicle, no clear explanation, no help, absolutely nothing. And all this while I'm self-employed and need my car daily. So I was forced to rent a car at my own expense, while my Kia was just gathering dust on the dealership's lot. Well, not even on the lot, but right outside on the street outside the gates?! Contacting Kia Netherlands also yielded little: you were directed to forms and waiting lists, but no real action was taken. For a brand that strives to be known for reliability and customer focus, this is truly shameful. They promise you a 7-year warranty, and now even a 10-year one. But in the end, you get nothing, and this is just a lure. I absolutely do not recommend Kia if you're looking for service, reliability, or customer service. You're left to fend for yourself as soon as something goes wrong. I did my own calculations and decided to have the car repaired elsewhere! The dealer said it wasn't covered by the warranty anyway. Well, maybe the parts, but the man-hours and labor weren't!? So, after a month, I had my car picked up by another company, who fixed it that same day. (Kudos to that company!). It was a bit pricey, but it was still cheaper than renting a car for four months. I was very curious when the dealer would notice that my car was no longer there, or if they would even notice it was gone. But after three weeks, they finally figured it out. All in all, it cost me a lot of money (I still hope KIA will come up with a solution, but I don't see that happening), and I'll never set foot in Kia Naaldwijk again."

"I am incredibly grateful to the staff at this branch, especially to Ronald Vrijmoed. This was my first experience buying a car in the Netherlands, and they made it a pleasant one. They were very friendly and sold us a nice Toyota Aygo. After nine months, I encountered a problem with the car, so I traveled from Velp to their branch in Naaldwijk and arrived around 16:45, quite close to the end of their working hours. Even though I came from a far distance and didn’t have an appointment (I wasn’t aware that I needed to book in advance) and their repair schedule was fully booked for the next four weeks, they kindly agreed to fix the car and provided me with a replacement vehicle for four days free of charge—despite their policy of a €35 per day fee. I am deeply appreciative and completely satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this branch; customer satisfaction is their highest priority."
