I am utterly disappointed with the way I was treated at Özcan Cars. The car I was sold turned out to contain stolen parts, which is absolutely unacceptable. The salesperson in question, a SMALL man with noticeably large ears, misled me and was disrespectful in his communication. Instead of remaining professional, he insulted me, which only made the situation worse. I advise everyone to do their research thoroughly before doing business with this company. This kind of practice has no place in the car business.

Luckily, I didn't buy a car here. I agreed on €800 with the guy through Marktplaats because he said the car was completely damaged and the windshield wipers weren't working. After that, I heard nothing more, so I responded again with a different account. Here, he says the wipers are working and claims other things are wrong than with my other account. I offered the guy another €800, to which he laughed at me and said I'd already received €1100 in exports.
