My experience with Wensink has unfortunately been very poor. They simply don't honor their agreements. The car was delivered without parking sensors, even though they were listed in the contract. Furthermore, the car had a periodic vehicle inspection (APK) from the dealership itself, but later it turned out that one tire was severely damaged and even unsafe to drive with. I had two independent reports done (Kia Hoorn and Profile) that confirmed that the tire was dangerous. However, the dealership initially denied it and made it difficult. Only after numerous emails, phone calls, and insistence was the tire replaced. I even had to drive from Hoorn to Lelystad with that unsafe tire, which I found truly irresponsible. This, despite the fact that I was promised at the time of purchase that minor problems could be resolved in Hoorn. After washing the car, I also discovered that the paintwork damage to the front bumper had simply been touched up with a touch-up pen instead of being properly repaired. I was promised a touch-up pen several times and was told it had been sent, but months later, I still haven't received anything. The communication and after-sales service are very disappointing. You have to follow up on everything yourself, and agreements don't mean much here. If you value good service and reliability, I wouldn't choose this dealer again based on my personal experience.

My Kia Xceed's tires were cupped, so they were replaced. I'm happy with it. Then my rear brake got stuck due to the road salt. They were able to fix it quickly. So, they got the brake caliper working again, replaced the brake pads, and polished the disc brakes instead of replacing them. Very neat!

After several years without owning a car, I finally decided, after a long search, to go for a KIA Picanto. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted promptly and friendly by an employee who then referred me to a sales representative. This person spoke politely and correctly, explained everything clearly, and I was immediately allowed to take a test drive without any problems. Today, I finally picked up my own Kia. I was very satisfied with the service and how quickly everything was arranged and handled for me. I received excellent service and a nice gift when I picked up the car, which all gives me a feeling of confidence. I expect this to continue in the future, and I expect to enjoy driving this car for many years to come, as well as receiving excellent service from the dealership.
