"SCAM! Went there for a problem on a sensor of my Alfa Giulia (since it was an official Alfa Romeo dealership). According to their "expertise", I needed to buy a new body computer (1.700,00 EUR) that never solved the problem. They tried other few times to fix it but it was a disaster: oil /grease spots on the interiors of my car, parts forgotten on the seats, damage to the car exterior (yes, they left it under a tree..). They never fixed the electrical problem, never returned money back, never apologized or offer a sort of compromise solution (like some free maintenance). Funny thing is that I went to a random garage recently and they fixed my issue in a couple of hours... The responsible Eric Udo (at that time) believes to be a firm and fair business man, but he lost a car buyer and a customer of their services for the coming 30 years. In the end, he stole me 1700 EUR but he lost much more money for the future. In Italy, unfortunately, we struggle a lot with this problem and it has a precise name: IMCOMPETENCE. What a scam!"

"Brought them a car with intermittent electrical problems. The problem didn't show while it was at their garage. They asked me 120€ to check the battery, reset the error codes, unplug and replug some cables, and they tell me it's "fixed". Two weeks later, the car shows the same problem again. 120€ down the drain."
