"Hello, I am not completely satisfied with the service, the description is inconsistent and misleads people. The description included an additional set of wheels, which I did not receive. The employee stated that there was a typo in the spelling, omitting to add to the description that the windshield was damaged. ,and the clearcoat on the spoiler is peeling off, so when going there please check all the details carefully because the description may mislead you"

"Unsafe shop with poor customer service. You're responsible for their mistakes, they almost never show up (on time) for appointments, and they don't care about a safe central heating boiler. Brief summary of the past few years: The boiler installation has been redone four times due to unsafe delivery: incorrect flue gas slope, leaking central heating pipe connections, leaking gas connections, unsupported pipes (tie-wraps were used for most solutions), etc. A year later, the boiler is working "safely," but one out of two times it malfunctions and has to be manually reset. The answer: "Nothing we can do, we can install a new boiler for you, but you'll have to pay for it yourself." Because of all this hassle, we've already made over 30 appointments for inspections and adjustments. Half the time, they don't show up and are unavailable. The other half, they're late."

"LESS than HORRIBLE Service PROVIDER - DO NOT TRUST /DO NOT USE !!!!! They actually made the problem worse. It was supposed to be a simple maintenance but the company actually broke parts of our heating machine and did not put all the screws of the machine back so some parts were loose. AND they asked us to pay for a part they NEVER replaced (our new service company checked the serial number and saw the manufactured date is very old and the part is thus NOT replaced but we got charged for a new one). We had to get a second company to come fix the TERRIBLE job these people did! In the report of the new company they checked the supposed service and notes that NOTHING was actually serviced as the filters was dirty and some parts this company BROKE and the new company now had to replace. I will NEVER use them again and can not reccomend then! This company is the WORST and when I laid a complained the people were SUPER rude on whatapp and told me its not their problem, they REFUSE to help us resolve the issue and now their phones are OFF !!! Absolute HORRIBLE place!"

"I'm extremely happy with the service. Since my first contact, they have been very friendly and helpful. The technician that came and fixed my thermostaat was very polite and eficiente. I will definitely recommend Warmte services."
