"Bought my car here, really friendly people and took time to help me. They let me test drive it and give the option to test multiple cars. The negotiation was simple and they are willing to work with you. They gave us some extra options and we made an appointment to pick up the car later. Everything is great and the car works fine, never had problems with it and functions like a car should function. It's always scary to buy a used car because you do not know how it is been used. They showed us the papers that the car has been maintenanced correctly and informed about a garage where I could get a good maintenance for my car. Overall friendly and a lot of options when it comes to cars. Would consider again if I need a new car."

"This is the worst place I’ve bought a car! I’ve bought a car on November 2023 and the Apple car play of the car (main reason I bought it) stopped working after a month. Now we’re over six months further and multiple calls and appointments and they keep postponing everything like they don’t even care about helping, they only care about selling their broken cars. I would encourage everyone to find a different place even if you have to pay a bit more because in the end you waste a lot more money and time if you buy your car at vortkamp."
