"Recently bought a bike rack and roof bars. I wasn't sure if universal was actually universal for certain car brands. I called ahead and received a quick response. The items are very competitively priced at this webshop and of excellent quality. No complaints so far! Keep up the good work!"

"The product (and packaging) was damaged upon receipt. The damage was dismissed as signs of wear, which cannot be complained about because people have the right to return the product. However, a part was also broken. In my complaint with the store, I also mentioned that I hadn't been informed beforehand (when I asked if the product was suitable for my type of car) that I would also need to purchase a license plate holder because the bicycles, unlike the ones with the car the product is presented with, are placed in front of the license plate. A) They don't have a freepost number as a return address, so you have to pay for shipping costs. B) The fact that I also mentioned the license plate issue in my complaints procedure, in addition to the damage to the product and a broken part, prompted the store to base the return procedure entirely on that. Therefore, I am not entitled to a refund for shipping costs. Damaged item, a broken part, and the advice could have been better. I'm glad I chose post-payment as my payment method. And now I understand why they make that payment method so expensive (€3.74!); given my experience, I would certainly have had problems getting my money back if I had paid them in advance."

"What Calvinists... What a customer-unfriendly approach. I ordered two identical products (which the website said were in stock), but one was out of stock, and shipping would cost an extra 2 euros. Our protests that this should be considered customer service resulted in them unilaterally canceling the order. BAM. The door shut in your face. I've never been treated so rudely and rudely. They sound like Russians. Great, and to this day, we still haven't gotten our money back... and that too."
