A great welcome, despite the busyness, Robbin was also friendly and proactive. The Kia app is also very helpful. He handles the settings and brief introductions well. Great company, picked up my new car today, an Omoda 9SHS. From the first time in the showroom to driving away, everything went smoothly. I was helped by Robbin, a young salesperson who was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. And he's great with teenagersđź‘Ť. Keep up the good work!

Confidence in this business is gone! I called for action to have the car checked. I also thought I'd do the MOT. Unfortunately, everyone had warned me. According to the mechanics: - My tires were worn (*These were only a year old) so it wasn't KIA-worthy. - All my brake discs were worn (one of them was indeed worn). - The gear lever felt unsafe (which is true, because the transmission cable had snapped years ago; it had been repaired and inspected by three other mechanics, and there was nothing wrong with it). - They didn't think my heating system was working properly, which was due to the outside temperature sensor. - Worn plate. (They were also worn.) All in all. This woman had to pay €2,400, and the car failed its inspection. I took my car to another garage. They were skeptical. That's all they needed to do. - Plate, 1 brake disc, outside temperature sensor replacement cost me 700 euros.
