I just called the garage about registering my Kia. They couldn't help, and they wanted to transfer me to another representative. I waited and waited, and then suddenly the connection was cut off. So I called another dealership, and they handled me politely. A negative for VDNS Venlo.

We've been driving our new Kia EV3 for a week now. Rob was very helpful when we walked in on a whim and were allowed to take two test drives without an appointment. He gave us excellent advice and no hassle regarding the price and trade-in of our previous car. We also received a helpful follow-up phone call to let us know how we're doing. We're happy with our choice and the service from this garage!

I wasn't really looking for another car, but every now and then, out of curiosity, I contact Rob S and Frank S to see if anything interesting is coming up. And yes, at exactly the right time. Once again, I enjoyed a wonderful Kia experience. I've been coming to VDNS for years and have always enjoyed fantastic service. Whether it's a minor or major service, a sale, or just a coffee chat, it doesn't matter. Everyone is always friendly and takes their time with you. All appointments are always perfectly arranged, and I'll definitely be back many more times. A big thumbs up for VDNS in Venlo 👍

Extremely unfriendly treatment by employee Loes! After 37 years as a customer of Deinum Autobedrijf, I was deeply disappointed with VDNS. Despite the mobility guarantee, I was referred to Hyundai Wassink Autobedrijf. Loes practically yelled at me with extra charges and long wait times. At Wassink Autobedrijf, I received quick and efficient service. The car's malfunction had serious consequences. Wassink Autobedrijf now has a new customer.
