"The car was clean and well-maintained when we picked it up in Venlo at VDC Automotive. The cars in the showroom were gleaming, and the atmosphere was friendly. Remo had a professional and sincere demeanor. No slick sales talk, just a down-to-earth guy. However, when a malfunction occurred in the engine management system within a few weeks of purchasing the Mercedes from VDS, we were shocked by the price of repairs at a garage. Remo didn't mind at all and was able to have the repairs carried out for a friendly price. Service is still a top priority here! Hats off to this man! And keep up the good work. Truly fantastic."

I bought the smallest car in stock and was treated as if I'd bought the most expensive. The delivery and all the contact with Remo were a joy; the car itself stole the show. Many brand dealers could learn a thing or two from this; I speak from experience. Full praise for the entire process and the car!"
