"Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I brought the car in with one fault and received it back after 11 days with a defective onboard computer and multiple other faults. Additionally, the left headlight had filled with water and condensation; the car may have been left outside during rain showers with the hood open, given the dried water stains on the engine parts. This was denied by the company. Ultimately, they forwarded the car to Mercedes because they could not resolve the problem; my car is a 2023 Mercedes GLA. I have now decided to handle the further processing of repairs directly with Mercedes. I proposed compensation of 1,000 euros as a final settlement for the damage caused, and as far as I was concerned, the matter would have been settled then. Instead, I was informed by phone and email that they would consider legal action if I posted a negative review regarding their work. Everyone makes their own decision, but I want to share my experience so that other future customers are well informed. Consider carefully whether this is the right place for you. I will personally not return here. DEAR PEOPLE, THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Just an update on the continuation of the story mentioned above: Garage Wensink Mercedes in Arnhem has resolved all problems, including a completely new headlight that had apparently been tampered with. A total damage claim of approximately 3,500 euros was repaired entirely under warranty by Wensink. According to Wensink, the damage likely occurred because the car fell into a heavy rain shower with the hood open and equipment connected, while parked outside. They probably wanted to repair the water damage to the headlight themselves because Wensink determined that the headlight mounting brackets had been tampered with. Had Mercedes Wensink not performed these repairs under warranty, I would have held Van Steenbergen legally liable for an unlawful act resulting from incompetent work on my car. PEOPLE, my urgent advice in this matter is: IN THE EVENT OF BREAKDOWN, GO TO YOUR BRAND DEALER; it might be slightly more expensive, but you have a GUARANTEE that EXPERTS ARE WORKING ON YOUR CAR."
