And was ver very gentle saying: i'm sorry, but this part is not more available. This is a perfect example of a good company with good people working on it, concerned about the customer and the company success. "Submitted an intake form via my insurer for a small accident damage repair at Van Poelgeest BMW & MINI Gouda. I waited two weeks with no call from them. Fortunately, I was able to change the preferred repairer via the form and I was contacted back by the other company and had the damaged assessed WITHIN 12 HOURS! This is not the level of service I would expect from BMW."

"Highly recommended. Brought my BMW here twice. Very happy with the result both times. The staff spoke English with me, as I do not speak Dutch. One of the staff members, Leonard (?) took the time and explained all the repairs and options in detail, and suggested which maintenance to do or not to do in such an old car, so I could make an informed choice and minimize my own costs. Very appreciated 5/5"
