What fantastic service these men and women provide—the sales department, the service desk, and the mechanic in the workshop. Even the (almost) impossible is made possible here 👌. Everyone is so enthusiastic about my car and my wishes for it; they do everything they can to make my dreams come true. I really enjoy going there, and the coffee is more than delicious 😋. A very bad experience with Van Mossel. Upon purchase, I received incorrect information about the car. On the agreed-upon delivery date, I couldn't pick up the car due to an error from Van Mossel, and I was given a replacement vehicle. I was supposed to receive compensation for this, but almost a month later, I still hadn't heard anything about it. After delivery, the range turned out to be considerably lower than I had been told beforehand, in my experience. The subsequent handling of the matter dragged on for over a month, with very limited communication and poor accessibility. When I asked for help about this, several employees, including a director, spoke to me in a heated and condescending tone and accused me of lying and nagging. On the positive side, an employee at the Amsterdam branch was respectful, helpful, and cooperative. It was eventually resolved, but the way it was handled was unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. I will never buy a car from Van Mossel again. This should have been a good time, but unfortunately, it was nothing but bad times.

After a long search, I chose MG. We walked in at a free moment, without an appointment, to take a look. We received a very warm welcome! No pushy stuff, just honest information. After a delicious cappuccino, we were able to take a good test drive without any problems. Afterward, Roan answered all my questions about the car and the leasing process honestly and patiently. Sooner than expected, I received a call to pick up the car. The explanation was once again very patient and clear! Thanks from Mossel MG Purmerend, I'm very satisfied.

After a successful test drive, we ordered the MG4 Electric Luxury, and it was delivered yesterday. After a delicious cup of coffee, we were able to unveil the car. Afterward, Patrick gave us a very thorough and relaxed explanation. What a fantastic car with a beautiful appearance, and it drives beautifully too! We immediately felt at home with the car, and MG Purmerend deserves a 10 from us! Highly recommended! Note: The photos were taken at our home.
