We recently bought a Mercedes A-Class from Van Mossel and received excellent service from Wessel. He handled everything very smoothly and provided top-notch service – truly outstanding! Unfortunately, this isn't the case with Van Mossel Insurance. They don't answer the phone at all, respond inconsistently via email, and even sent a quote with completely incorrect personal information, which led to a much higher price after correction. In short: I can definitely recommend Wessel and the dealership for the purchase and service, but for insurance, I recommend arranging it elsewhere for your own convenience.
