Brought in a Range Rover for a malfunction. Key was given. After the malfunction was resolved, this company parked my Range Rover in an outside parking lot. I crashed into another car during the night... Van Mossel called me in the morning to say my car was ready, but with significant damage. They could have at least helped me by repairing the damage immediately, advancing the cost while waiting for the insurance company to pay out, and then offering a replacement vehicle. You can't leave your car here with peace of mind!!! Totally uncooperative... what a shame! Don't reply to this message with a long story. Pick up the phone and call me if you want to respond! I'm in the system.

On November 27th, I went to Van Mossel Jaguar Zwolle for a comprehensive service on my Jaguar XE, which included replacing the spark plugs. After this service, the car developed and continued to experience serious problems: hesitation during acceleration and kickdown, and erratic driving. Upon returning, the dealer stated that "nothing could be found" and even mentioned the ZF automatic transmission as a possible cause. I eventually went to a different garage. There, they determined that one of the spark plugs installed by Van Mossel was defective. After proper replacement, the problem was immediately and completely resolved. I find it unacceptable that an authorized Jaguar dealer installs a defective part during maintenance, then fails to recognize it during diagnosis, and sends the customer on a very expensive but unwarranted repair. This has completely destroyed my confidence in both the maintenance and diagnosis at this location.

If I could give it zero stars I would, but I suppose they fixed my car so I could get back to England. The staff was friendly enough but my rating is purely based on the scandalous pricing that happened here. To replace the wind screen wiper motor (costs around £35) and a rear light bulb I had to pay 700 euros.... still makes me sick to think about it, shame!! Nanneke Kingston
