"We had agreed to buy a used Hyundai from this garage through the Van Mossel import service, because we live in Belgium. We went to Van Mossel in Tongeren, an hour's drive from where we live (!), to get a quote for the trade-in of our current car. Everything was fine, we were waiting for an invoice for a down payment, but the seller in Heerenveen simply sold the car to another customer a few days later. This after we had agreed to buy it and agreed to have a tow bar installed. We then discovered that he had sold the car to someone else days later because we called them ourselves. Never had such a bad experience with a garage! Very unreliable and rude behavior!"

"De klantenservice is formidabel. Zoals een offerte sturen voordat de onderhoudsbeurt plaatsvindt. Dat heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Of een haakje van het zonnescherm aanbrengen, omdat het ontbrak en dan niets in rekening brengen. Super vriendelijke servicemedewerkers terwijl ik de auto er niet gekocht heb. Dat heb ik wel eens anders meegemaakt. Of mij erop wijzen dat de dealer waar ik de auto als occasion kocht de onderhoudshistorie niet in het landelijke systeem heeft ingevoerd en mij adviseren wat ik moet doen. Kortom: klantgerichtheid = 10!"
