In August 2025, I saw a beautiful, young Mercedes C300E at Van Mossel in Tilburg. Coincidentally, my wife knows the branch manager at Van Mossel Emmen, Peter, and we spoke with him about this car. Peter is incredibly friendly, worked with us carefully on the options, terms, and trade-in, and then offered to have the car picked up. After arriving, Peter had the last few minor repairs taken care of, such as some minor damage to the bumper, tire, and rim, and we were able to go on vacation right away. I have nothing but praise for Van Mossel's service. They truly understand the importance of service, such as the details of resolving relatively minor issues, and how important that is to the customer. That's how you build a strong relationship. For example, if you need your tire pressure checked or the water drain from your fuel cap flushed out, you can simply go there. We are very satisfied with our collaboration. Great company, friendly staff, and excellent service.

Tried to get them to help us importing a Hyundai Grandeur. I would have loved to get one, but they were just shy of kicking us out. Apparently that car doesn't meet EUSSR standards anymore. Hyundai's luxury brand (Genesis) can be imported, but that's something we've learned from a proper Hyundai representative. I'd rather travel by public transportation if I had to choose between buying a car from them or having no car at all. If you're into a Hyundai (or a Genesis), please visit "Autogroep Twente" in Almelo. Those guys went the extra mile to get me a Genesis G80.
