"The staff are very friendly, both at the reception desk and in the sales department. However, I find the maintenance fees very expensive. First service after 23 months, 11,650 km with a Ford Kuga, oil, oil filter, and cabin filter changed. Inspection and printout, but no further details. Finished after about an hour. Price: €547."

"Terribly terrible service at Van Mossel We bought a brand new Ford Puma from Van Mossel. After three months, we started hearing a grinding noise. The Puma was returned to Van Mossel in Roermond twice. We were told there was nothing wrong. After three trips to Spain with the car, Hekkert in Maastricht confirmed there was indeed a problem with the Puma. The drive rod bearing was loose, so badly that we were absolutely forbidden from driving the car. We were told that if the drive rod had come loose, it could have driven directly into the car with considerable force. Imagine driving 130 km/h on the French Autobahn... we were driving a killing machine. If something had gone wrong, we wouldn't have lived to tell the story. Van Mossel's response was deathly silence, no sympathy whatsoever (even though Hekkert had reported it to Van Mossel to recover the costs from them under the warranty, so they were certainly aware of it). Then a problem arose with the air conditioning two weeks after the warranty expired. Well, this is already two weeks after the warranty expired, and we were told no leniency whatsoever. I wrote a negative review about Van Mossel, and sure enough, we suddenly received a response from Van Mossel on the phone. Suddenly, something could be done: a reimbursement for the air conditioning repair costs. We also received a dinner voucher from Van Mossel for all the inconveniences we had experienced. They asked us to remove the negative review and write a positive one. Well, I removed the negative review, but a positive one was simply too much for us to handle. Now, almost three months have passed, and you guessed it, we haven't received a dinner voucher. So you're simply being blackmailed into writing a positive review before you receive a receipt. Well, Van Mossel, I have news for you: a positive review will never, ever come."
