I went there for an oil leak through Autotrust. I took my car in for inspection the first time, left it there, and returned at the end of the day to pick it up. The answer was: "Yes, we couldn't find anything. We sprayed brake cleaner everywhere, cleaned it, and found nothing." Come back in two weeks and we'll see where the leak is. Back again, and the same story, with the answer: "Unfortunately, we're not going to do anything about it, and they simply didn't do anything." The way they drive their customers' cars is truly ridiculous, James. Robin and others are just drinking alcohol on a weekday and aren't very friendly. Luckily, I don't go there, and the leak was immediately detected at another garage.

As an expat sometimes is difficult to find places that you can trust, more to buy a car. This people make me feel totally safe and make an evironment prepared for me to understand everything. Helped me in all the ways they can and make all the proccess easier. If i have to buy or repair a car again in the netherlands i will come to this place no matter if its 2 hours from where i am. I totally recommend this place and the professionals that work over here. Good prices, good service and good people! Super happy as a customer!

I've had a lot of experience with garages, but this one is truly top-notch. Very friendly people who communicate well with you. Even during the holidays, they go above and beyond to help you quickly. My Mini Cooper S received a new clutch and flywheel, among other things, and this was done very professionally. The Mini is known for not being the easiest job, but it was fixed in a day. Thanks again for the great service!

Unfortunately, my confidence in this company has been lost. They refuse to acknowledge that they misdiagnosed the problem, despite my indication that the problem lay elsewhere, three times. During previous repairs, the floor pan was removed without consultation, and the trunk cover was returned to me broken. They also drive their customers' cars ridiculously. The service they claim to provide is lacking; they don't offer a replacement vehicle, let alone the pick-up and delivery service they do offer, which they claim to offer on their website. Moreover, customer service is lacking, and they don't think about repairing your car as effectively as possible. In my opinion, not worthy of an Alfa specialist.
