"My daughter had been saving for a long time and saw a beautiful Audi for sale on the Van Der Beek Auto's website in Apeldoorn. When we viewed the vehicle, we were warmly welcomed with coffee and were immediately allowed to test drive the Audi. What struck me as a father about this company was the warmth, commitment, and understanding they showed her during the potential purchase of her first car. She bought the car, and they made it a real party. When picking up the car, they patiently checked everything to ensure the vehicle would be in perfect condition upon delivery. They even replaced a heated seat, a seatbelt, and a parcel shelf without batting an eyelid. They also tied a nice bow around the car. Before driving away, they also told her she was always welcome for advice. Luuk, the owner, was very busy that day but reserved plenty of time for my daughter regarding the delivery. Van der Beek Auto's is a perfect example of how used car companies should be in terms of customer friendliness, expertise, and service. I'm also considering buying MY next car here... A BIG 10!!!!"
