"Last year, I bought an Audi Q3 from Audi Roosendaal (Oud Gastel) with a 14-month warranty. This year, during my holiday in Turkey, I experienced serious problems with the steering rack and was unable to drive it any further. I contacted Audi Oud Gastel several times about the warranty. Finally, they called me back and told me that this steering rack problem "wasn't known to Audi" and that the warranty wouldn't cover it. Very strange, because what's the point of a warranty anyway? I feel like they're all about money, and they don't really care about the customer. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and expected much more service and reliability from an authorized Audi dealer."

"VERY BAD MAINTENANCE SERVICE. We came to have our car checked and maintained on 7 Oct. It was a yearly maintenance and the cost was 1600 EUR. We did not mind that at all as we understand it is a big maintenance. After it is ready, we picked it up and went home. They did not say anything. After several days of driving, there was a rattling sound coming from the car. We were very worried. We asked a friend to inspect and it turned out THE TIRES WERE NOT LOCKED!!!! We drove every day and the tires could come loose and WE COULD HAVE GOT INTO ACCIDENT??? We came today on 15 Oct to have them fixed and THEY ARE NOT SORRY AT ALL. They don’t think it is their mistake. They even said “ah because you changed your tires to winter tires”. Well, it was already winter tires when we bought it??? And we DID NOT DO anything about the tires. Most importantly, the car was fine BEFORE the maintenance. THE TIRES WERE LOCKED BEFORE the maintenance. How could you do such a mistake and not admit it?????? I am lost of words. So, DO NOT COME HERE!!! Edit: Responding to your reply that we have our tires changed, WE HAVE NEVER GOT OUR TIRES CHANGED. How can you explain that our tires were fine before the maintenance and after the maintenance got loose???? How? Please explain to me. It is one thing that they did something like this and they apologized, but they did not!!! Instead, they did not want to own up to their mistake. I hope that there are no victims because of your mistakes, but Karma does exist."

"After maintenance activities on my car, I heard a sound coming from the tires. Apparently they didn’t tighten the bolts good enough so the tire was almost coming off! When I mentioned this mistake to the service colleagues, they didn’t admit their mistake at all! I do not recommend this place at all, avoid!!!"
