"Just picked up my car. Very satisfied, it felt like I was picking up my car again when I bought it. It was so neat! A few weeks ago, I hit a piece of wildlife at night. That afternoon, I immediately called the insurance company and referred them to Carlux. I drove straight through to have the damage documented and made an appointment. I brought the car in last Tuesday. But on Monday, I put a few "deep and clumsy" scratches on the car myself. "Just quickly polishing off the bird droppings, I thought." I was really bummed. So, I dropped off the car and asked the employee how much it would cost to have the scratches repaired. The nice guy said, "We can try polishing it, it won't cost you anything! We'll take a look." See you later. I picked up the car, walked around the car, and the bumper was nicely fixed. I was still curious if the scratches were gone. I had to really look for the side and started to doubt myself if I hadn't overlooked it. Hats off! I really want to take my car back to them to have it polished completely. ;) I'm absolutely thrilled with the car again! Super friendly and service-oriented. I'd almost say, "See you next time!""
