Last Wednesday, I bought a great car from this dealership. Everything went perfectly as agreed and negotiated. The car drives wonderfully, and I'm incredibly happy with it. However, the air conditioning isn't working yet, and I have an appointment scheduled to have it refilled. I informed Van Assem Automotive immediately. They responded quickly, stating that if refilling isn't the solution, they will work with me to find a suitable solution. Furthermore, Van Assem Automotive is reliable and customer-friendly. It's always a gamble, and they managed to convince me, as everything went according to plan once again. For that reason, I would highly recommend this dealership!

Poor customer service and poor cars. I bought a Golf 5 for €4750 WITH a warranty. Two weeks later, the engine light came on, but the guys only scanned the fault code and removed it. They refused to repair it properly, and WhatsApp and phone calls weren't answered. I left it because it made me too upset. But I promised myself I'd write an honest review so others would know what to expect when they buy a car here. I haven't even had a month of worry-free driving pleasure. Want a bad deal? Buy here, and definitely get an extended warranty if you buy anything. They fix it right away... (they didn't!)

Dear all, Beware of this dealership. I bought a car from this dealership, but the next day it wouldn't start. The salesperson takes no responsibility and refuses to refund my money. He's not answering my calls anymore. This person is a scammer, and I absolutely do not recommend this dealership.
