"On October 20th, we were allowed to pick up our new car. Within a week, the car indicated a brake fluid problem. We consulted with the Van der Zande garage in Apeldoorn to find out how this could be possible. The workshop manager was somewhat agitated and responded, "I can't close the shop to help you." I was very tense because my partner was very ill in the hospital. He said, "If you act like this, I won't do anything for you." Unfortunately, he didn't understand my situation. After roadside assistance arrived, the problem was resolved briefly, and within a kilometer, it started again. The next day, we called again. We were allowed to go to a nearby garage, but they didn't have a dealer. No sooner said than done. Less than two days later, the coolant level was low. A new timing belt was installed? To make matters worse, I was rear-ended. It turned out our new car had already been in an accident. I contacted the garage about this and asked them to call the body shop. The salesman was less irritable than the workshop manager. Madam, you have a 2018 car. We purchased it and don't know what happened to it. It feels like we bought a pig in a poke, and we were treated very poorly over the phone. #Vakgarage🤔"
