"Want to buy a 2025 Ford Nugget campervan and trade in a Lexus LBX Cool model. The price indication is shockingly poor. The company knows nothing about LBX models (I called the dealer about it) and provides a basic example. If this doesn't work, they say, "What did you expect?" This company doesn't take you seriously. You pay top dollar for what they sell (which, in hindsight, turns out to be too expensive, given the competition). Tell a customer you're not interested, but don't insult them with a price that's not serious. Be careful with trade-ins/I don't recommend this company."

"Last August, I bought a 2019 Focus MK4 here, with 21,000 kilometers on the odometer. It costs a bit, but you hope that by buying a new car with few kilometers, you can drive it without many problems for the first few years. The sale went smoothly, and I had a good feeling about Van Der Horst. However, last month we suddenly broke down. The engine was running, but the car wouldn't move. Diagnosis: worn clutch. Mind you, the car had only driven 35,000 km at that point. Cost: 750 euros. That's a considerable amount, and I asked why a clutch could suddenly fail. There were no signs of anything wrong with the car before then. If a clutch slips, you'll notice it. But Van der Horst dismissed it as wear and tear and wasn't willing to do much for us. We had only owned the car for 14 months, and the factory warranty had expired six months ago. Despite stating that this defect and these costs simply shouldn't occur with this mileage, they stick to their guns. The amount has been reduced to €690, but this is, of course, a tip, and the amount is still far too high. It's a shame they don't care much about the customer and don't make any effort to keep them satisfied; the positive feeling is gone now."

"If you buy a car there, you get a call after about a week to see how you like it. If there is an issue later on, they immediately look for solutions. The proactive approach and customer friendliness, even after the purchase, is fantastic! And thanks to Van der Horst, I was still able to go on holiday with my car.
