I do not normally leave reviews. In fact, I usually prefer to address issues directly and move on. However, what I experienced with your garage is something people genuinely need to be aware of. I was a regular customer for some time. Unfortunately, on two separate occasions, the service provided was clearly below acceptable standards. After moving to another city, I took my car to a different garage and was informed that previous work had not been carried out properly. Certain elements that were supposedly serviced had not been handled correctly. When I contacted you to discuss this, your response was to deny responsibility and even claim that those parts had not been checked at all. That is extremely concerning. On another occasion, I requested a simple oil change. The mechanics forgot to properly secure the oil plug, which resulted in oil spilling everywhere. This is not a minor oversight. It is a serious mistake that could have caused significant engine damage and safety risks. In addition to the technical issues, the customer service has been consistently poor. The reception staff have been dismissive and rude, which only adds to the overall negative experience. Considering the combination of poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and unprofessional customer service, I find it difficult to understand how this garage holds BOVAG certification. Based on my experience, the standards associated with that certification were not reflected in the service I received. Customers deserve transparency, competence, and respect. Unfortunately, I received none of those.

The friendliest service I've ever experienced at a garage. Very helpful. Despite my own negligence and the fact that I'd forgotten to get my car inspected, they quickly found me a free spot, for which I'm very grateful.

After a sudden blowout on the A12, I received excellent, quick, and friendly service here. They had the tire I needed in stock, the staff was super friendly, and I was helped right away without an appointment! I hope I don't blow out again soon, but if it does happen again, I hope they're close to you, haha!

Great service, every time. I don't live nearby and had a flat tire. Marjolijn called right away, and I was able to get in at a local garage the next day. When I tried to do it myself, I had to wait at least a week everywhere, even at tire shops. I'm happy with you and happy with my Suzuki.

I had damage. After calling several garages and body shops, this was the only garage that actually asked if we were okay. That's why I chose this garage for the repairs, including a major service. They helped me through the entire damage claim process, didn't mind me calling repeatedly to ask about the situation, and were always friendly both on the phone and in person. I even got a loaner car so I could take my children, and even an automatic so my wife could drive it too. And finally, my car, in tip-top condition, arrived in time for our vacation. Unfortunately, I can't give more than 5 stars here, but the service goes far beyond my expectations. Excellent!
