"It's a real shame that after a successful sale, there's no more service. After buying the car, and being told the damaged paint would be fixed with a cover, we had to pick up the cover ourselves and install it ourselves. That wasn't my preference, because the area also needs to be thoroughly cleaned before the cover is installed. When it also turned out the tow bar wasn't usable, we went back. They fixed some things there, but we had to pay €20. I don't call that good service. After returning home, I called about it. The response was that if it was only €20, we'd have to come pick it up. We got our money back, but it's clear to me that service isn't provided after the sale. Such a shame. And then I received a formal notice to remove this review because it damages the company's reputation. Well, sorry, but this is our experience, and it's true. If this is how Autobedrijf Stroet handles bad reviews... Unfortunately, I can't reply to Vakgarage Stroet's comment, so I'll just add it to my own review. Personally, I think it's logical that free work was done on the newly purchased car, assuming this is considered service if you bought a car and something turns out to be wrong. If they charge €20 for it, then in my opinion, this is paid work, not service. But perhaps we have a difference of opinion on this."

"What a fantastic garage! We arrived from France on Wednesday evening, but our car was shaking and swaying, so we called a garage here. We were able to get in the next morning and were given a loaner car without any problems, free of charge. That very same day, our car had two new rear tires, the front brake discs replaced, and the alignment adjusted, and it drives like a dream again. We're so happy with the prompt assistance and the loaner car, which was provided without any problems. A garage you can trust and where assistance is still available if needed due to unforeseen circumstances. A top-notch garage that I highly recommend."
