"We'll never go there again. I made an appointment to change tires and asked to check a few minor things, which the employee wrote down. At the end of the day, when I picked up the car, there was no one to be found. I stood waiting for minutes, walked around to see if anyone was there, but nothing was found. Finally, an employee arrived and helped me get my car keys back and return the loaner car, but he couldn't answer my questions (he was wearing a white shirt; I suspect he was a salesperson, not a mechanic, so he couldn't do anything about it). The invoice only listed changing tires and replacing the windshield wiper blade, so when I asked if those other items had been checked, but apparently they were without issue, I couldn't get an answer. Two days later, I went back to get the windshield wiper blade (which had to be ordered, no problem). We asked again if anyone knew if the requested items had been checked, because they weren't on the invoice. Then I was told they only work until 5 p.m., so if I wanted answers to those kinds of questions then, I should have picked up my car earlier. How is that possible when I get a call at 4:57 p.m. that my car can be picked up? I'd already called at 4:15 p.m. and was supposed to be called back "right away." Winter tires were thrown in the back of our car, leaving all sorts of grease and oil all over the interior and the child seat. It could have been done more politely, but we wanted to take them back ourselves. In short: no one talks to you about what happened; it's not specified anywhere, and if you ask about it later, you're bluntly told to come earlier. And then you pay over €1,000 for that because, of course, they chose the nicest tires for you without asking. No way, never again Stam for us."

"Try ordering a part from this company. I went in first, and they gave me a note with a phone number on it because they have a central warehouse (I'm not entirely sure why the reception desk can't just accept orders), but anyway, we'll call. You get a dial-up computer where you can choose the right department "to get help faster." Every now and then the trouble starts. After being sent back to the extension five times, I decided to try again. Well, in the afternoon, the same thing happened again. After being sent back to the extension five more times, I decided to call the reception desk. The most friendly lady there took all my details and promised to call me back. Unfortunately, the next morning, no call either. I tried again. I tried four times, but no answer. So I tried the website, told my story via the chat function, and was again promised a call back. Long story short, it's been over a week now, and I've tried almost every day to get in touch, but alas..."

"Great company, no slick salespeople. We're very happy with our Nissan Qashqai. The only thing the email about the delivery stated was that it would be a one-hour celebration. You'd expect at least some flowers or to be able to unveil your car from under a tarpaulin. But alas... we did get a cup of coffee and a sign next to the car with congratulations. I think they only do that with really new cars. But this was a slight disappointment for a car that's only 18 months old. I would definitely buy a car here again."
