"I was looking for a garage close to home. I walked in two weeks ago and was immediately greeted warmly and courteously by the woman behind the counter. It felt good! I immediately made an appointment for the MOT and a minor service for my VW Polo. Today I received excellent service at Vakgarage Schippers. Customer-friendly, good service, and excellent communication. I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for a good garage. I'm a regular customer!"

"I came by to view a car, but unfortunately, it didn't match the description in the advertisement at all. Furthermore, there were terms and conditions of sale that weren't disclosed beforehand. It's a shame the communication wasn't more transparent."

"My car broke down yesterday. The ignition coil was broken. This should have been a fifteen-minute job, but unfortunately, the ANWB employee didn't have one in stock. The conclusion was that I had to be towed. I explained that I desperately wanted to be towed to a professional garage, so the ANWB employee towed me to Schippers Garage. I went in and asked if they could also replace an ignition coil. The answer: it would take two weeks. I was a bit skeptical about this, as I'd heard it was a fifteen-minute job. Now, I understand that things are busy everywhere, the part has to be ordered, and you sometimes have to wait, but two weeks... I asked if they had a loaner car available, as I'm entitled to one through the ANWB. They didn't have one either. Fine, I'll make other arrangements. In the meantime, I contacted various people, and someone said they would pick up my car (whose battery had also died during the towing) the next day. I went back inside to ask if I could leave my car there for a moment. The answer was: "Yes, as long as it's gone by tomorrow morning, otherwise we'll be in trouble." And this, this was the last straw. I've never been treated so disrespectfully, and I won't be setting foot in there again. This "professional" garage lacks a lot of friendliness and empathy. We were going to look for a new car this year, but definitely not here again. It's a shame after all the good reviews I've read. Fortunately, the garage across the street was able to help right away. They got my battery working again, drove the car straight to their garage, and sent a message this morning at 9:15 that my car was ready. That's how it can be done."

"I received excellent service today; despite the busy holiday season, my car was ready within a day. There was a lot of work to be done, but as always, you're kept well-informed about the repairs and associated costs. I was given a courtesy car to get to work, which I really appreciated. The service here is always top-notch; you know exactly what to expect!"
