I have been coming to this garage for nearly 2 years. I should have stopped much earlier but I normally give people a chance. Today was the last straw. This garage is designed for turnover not for quality work or any attention to detail. It is about getting one car up on the lift, quickly getting the job done, and getting another up. Diagnostic work is not their alley, don't waste time here. They simply won't put the effort. The culmination of my disappointment started after I came back for inspection of a leak in my coolant system which they took 4 hours but insisted they could not find any leak. 210eur for looking for a leak, taking the bottom plate on and off, pressure testing the coolant system. The most basic work and APK. 300euro total bill with advice to put an additive! Additives like that can block other parts in the engine cooling routes especially for tight and complicated ones on a bmw, and they agreed. Yeah no shit. Keep in mind this is in addition to the need to replace my radiator which occurred after I had my coolant replaced at their service, my car broke down the week after and ANWB had to rescue my car which had the drain plug damaged. Whether my car is old is irrelevant because the whole damn drain plug fell out and the rescue mechanic found it on the engine cover, but I did not insist it was their fault. I later coughed up nearly 900 euros because they also broke a piece of plastic in the cooling system while replacing the radiator and they insisted it was because my car is old and plastic becomes brittle. Fair enough I said. I had my doubts, but I gave them a chance. A place that wants to work quickly has no patience for old plastic parts, they will force it, but there are ways to take these parts off, it just requires more effort and care. A place like this doesn't have time for that. Turnover is key. What brought me to write this review was not even all of this, but it is the fact that after I pick up my car, I drive and find that the leather on my steering wheel has been damaged with 6 or 7 small cuts running along it as if someone was dragging a small object with an edge along it. I explained by phone that this is what happened and I sent a photo. They said they would investigate and let me know, they dont call back, I call and they say they are talking to the technician. I call back 6hrs later and I get the excuse that they are very busy working as if we are not all busy people, and that they will call tomorrow. No call all of the next day, so I decide to drive over and let them know to which they came to take a look and came to the conclusion it is not possible to have happened with them because all they did was an APK and lift the car to look underneath. I disagreed and asked they take responsibility since it was not like this when I dropped it off but they played the your word vs my word card and that was enough to know how useless garages are in this country. I spent 3000+ euros during my 2 years with this garage and they won't even try to resolve my problem because they know it is costly to replace my steering wheel. In the end, you are just a number to them. Most garages in the Netherlands are this way, designed to maximize profit, charge your for parts that are the price after BTW but then they add BTW to those parts (check Force LKQ or Autodoc), charge a ridiculous amount for labor without any indication how long it took to work on the car, and finally wave goodbye to any customers they have wronged because they have 20 other cars lined up. If you have money to waste, this is your place, you'd be amazed how expensive a whole fluids change costs here. The most basic work is charged as if they are doing rocket science. Enough for me.

Busje gehuurd bij Rida Terneuzen. Uitstekend geholpen. Zeer klantvriendelijk. We mochten het busje al de avond ervoor ophalen en ook weer terugbrengen na sluitingstijd van kantoor. Aardige receptioniste. Ophalen en terugbrengen ging snel en gemakkelijk. En busje was prima! Zeer tevreden klant. Kom zeker terug!

Auto gekocht hier. Goede deal en er was ruimte om over de prijs te praten. Heb mijn auto ook in onderhoud hier zonder problemen. Er word mee gedacht aan oplossingen. Ook was er een probleem waarvoor ik gewoon zonder poespas binnen 12 uur terecht kon en er werd meteen naar gekeken. Ik ben heel tevreden over de klantvriendelijk en service!

I've bought yesterday Ford Focus 1.8 Limited Edition. The seller was very friendly and explain me everything. I also get a cake as a gift. The car driving very good and it's in very good condition, I hope it will be so good long time. I definitely recommend this place to buy the car.

Loved the service! I rented a wheelchair van here for a vacation and I was allowed to come and inspect the vehicle and got an explanation of how to secure the wheelchair in place with the provided tools.
