"Initially, a good experience after being stranded. Upon delivery of the car, they quickly started a check/repair based on the error codes displayed by the car. Upon inquiry, the workshop reception stated that they worked for several hours without any results! They couldn't provide any information about a possible cause, and we didn't receive a single report detailing the work performed. No results, but a hefty bill! Upon picking up the car, I had an unpleasant discussion with the counter clerk and the owner."

"Have been a customer at this garage for a few years; service is fast, but costs are high. Recently, an oil leak was detected during the MOT inspection, so we returned later for repairs. (We experienced no symptoms of an oil leak.) I was told that the repair costs would be so high that it would cost more than the current market value of the car... They also started talking about replacing the timing chain... Which had already been replaced last year. Strange story... A second opinion showed that there was no oil leak at all. Very strange that this garage claimed otherwise. Bad business, no more trust."
