I've booked changing the tyres in my wife's Picanto...it was clearly indicated they were supposed to be the "all seasons" type...when I got there, I was informed they have none of this type of tyres....they have to be ordered on request

Used this garage previously when it was Dobbe, and continue to use with the new owners. Always received good service, nice and helpful people. This week I had an error with the oil in my car and they looked at the car very quickly and helped without charge. Very helpful and made my day!

I have had my car serviced several times at Dobbe and been satisfied with their service. This year though was an altogether different experience. The service was very expensive and overpriced and I told them so. My car, (16,000kms total) had no problems and just needed the replacement of the standard items listed- oil filter,interior filter, airfilter, oil change and brake fluid and APK. The service cost 357,68 Euros,simply overpriced for the parts work and btw!

We had problems with our car while on holiday & needed a Nissan dealer. The service was exceptional. Unfortunately the part didn't arrive when they were told it would & they considered it dangerous to drive our car so they gave us another car to use until our car was fixed today. We were treated with respect through the whole experience (no problem talking to us in English). We would recommend this Nissan dealer to anyone. Special thanks to Gerri.
