"On the evening before leaving for my weekend trip to Maastricht, I discovered that the tow bar on my 9-month-old Mazda CX-60 wasn't working, so I couldn't mount my bike carrier. At 7:00 PM, I texted owner René Klomp, asking if I had done something wrong. "Just stop by tomorrow morning, and we'll fix it." By 8:30 AM, I was already recognized and kindly welcomed by the receptionist; I was given coffee, and it was repaired within half an hour. "The EPC and engine light came on in my Audi Q2 this morning. After calling the dealer, I quickly realized I wasn't a priority for the "Audi garage"... but certainly not at this specialist garage! I walked in and was immediately helped by a super friendly woman. I actually didn't have time, but because I worked alongside them as a physiotherapist, she was happy to quickly scan the light. After scanning the light, they even performed the minor maintenance needed to remove the warning lights. I'm incredibly grateful, and this is excellent service! I'll definitely be back!"
