"Amateuristisch bedrijf. Duidelijke communicatie is er niet, lieten mij bijna 400€ betalen om werkzaamheden die niet zijn verricht. Communicatie tussen personeel is ook niet goed. Dit was de eerste en laatste bezoek."

"Terrible service and very poor communication. I left my car for an APK inspection and didn’t hear anything for days. When I contacted them for an update, they told me I could pick up the car. Once there, they charged me over €300, saying the car failed the APK due to a light issue (something I had already informed them about). I left the car for repairs, but again I received no updates. After several more days, I had to contact them myself, only to be told I owed an additional €600+ because they replaced a part without my consent. The car is an old Renault Clio, hardly worth the amount they charged. At no point did they call me to provide an estimate or ask for approval before doing the repairs. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place."

"Er zat een prop in mijn band en die moet van de leasemaatschappij vervangen worden door een parapluplug (minimaal). Daarvoor ook ik langskomen. Eenmaal aangekomen de grootste verwarring, na vrij lang wachten de auto op de brug, wiel eraf, 'ik zie geen lekkage'. Nee, er zit ook een prop in, maar dat is een tijdelijke reparatie, dus er moet een permanente reparatie komen. "Nee hoor hier kun je in Nederland gewoon mee rijden." Nee, het is een lesauto en het CBR wil geen proppen zien, bovendien heb ik al aangegeven de leasemaatschappij (Hertz) ook niet, die willen een plug. "O maar wij doen altijd een prop hoor." Ja, maar dat is dus niet goed. Waarom hebben we hier een discussie over. "Je kunt hier om de hoek bij de banden zaak vragen, ik zal de parapluie weer bestellen." Nou... Voor mij hoeft het niet meer hoor :) Verder slecht Nederlands, onduidelijke communicatie, vieze stinkende ontvangstruimte... Gewoon geen nette zaak. Ik rijd voortaan wel een stukje om voortaan. Twee sterren nog voor dat ik wel heel snel terecht kon (dat dan weer wel) en dat ik koffie kreeg. Ik denk dat als je een simpel dingetje aan je auto hebt en je kunt snel terecht dat het vast ook wel goed kan gaan, maar als een parapluplug al te ingewikkeld wordt..."

"I had a reservation at 9:30, and I dropped off my car at the same time. The guy said it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I walked around and came back at 10:30. When I asked for my car, the guy didn’t know what was going on and asked the team inside where they change the tires. Apparently, they hadn’t even started yet. They then started immediately. In total, it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get my car back. I believe that if I had returned in 2 hours, they still wouldn’t have started. They don’t respect your time. Time is important for everyone, which is why we make appointments in advance. I will never recommend this place. I had the same issue three years ago."

"Mixed feelings, really. I've been there sometimes. Always thought 75 euros per hour was expensive. However, last time I went . I told them to do a service and also check the heating because I can not drive to work in the morning. The car is foggy. They changed oil , filter , 3x sparkplugs and cleaned the airco system.(but not the heating) Gave me the car back saying its ok. Payed 650 euros. Well, guess what? The heating system was not fixed. I had the same issue. Went back again on a thrursday(with appointmen), they looked at my car on Monday why make an appointment with me on Thursday, if you don't have time ?? Told me they have to open the dashboard to change the cables , So they did that and changed the thermostat. 6,5 hours of work (to open the dashboard ) , ended up paying another 600+ , All in all 1300 euros , for a standard car service and to repair the heating, I won't be going there anymore as I find that way too expensive for such a basic type of work."

"Simpele bandenwissel laten doen, was de enige garage in een straal van 20km die op korte termijn een afspraak kon maken! Zelfs de kwikfit had een maand wachttijd Het was in een half uurtje gepiept, voor een redelijke prijs vergeleken met anderen. Aardige mensen. Later nog een keer, konden ze me binnen twee dagen helpen toen ik omhoog zat. Goedkoop ook nog. En nog steeds aardige mensen."

"I do not recommend this place especially for expats.I had a crash Six months ago and I brought my car there for a repair. But it was too expensive and we agreed to scrap the car. They said we are gonna call you for a price and I am still waiting for this call 6 months. I call this day time robbery. Be aware!!"
