"Friendly and helpful staff UNTIL the problems started with our car, which we had bought there and had been serviced there its entire life. A month after the warranty expired, the gearbox broke down. We couldn't get through to them because they were very busy, so we were simply fobbed off. At a nearby garage, they said they had known about this in advance and that when I contacted them to resolve the problem, they would call back after consultation. You guessed it, we haven't heard anything since! This service is truly awful."
