"I had a very disappointing experience with V&S Automotive. Online they offered me a fair price, but after bringing my car in, they spent almost an hour inspecting it just to find a very minor defect. Then, they drastically reduced the offer to a much lower value. This feels very misleading – they lure you in with a good online price and then pressure you to accept their unreasonable, reduced offer. I find this business practice untrustworthy. My advice: don’t trust them and don’t waste your time."

"Last week, I was searching for two company cars, a BMW 318i for my wife and another 335i for myself, with specific model and specs requirements. Since I shared the info in the very beginning, although Gijs knew the cars I wanted to see were not her exact light color choice and the other was older than I preferred, he was a very pleasant host and encouraged me to inspect his cars. He prepared them for viewing and inspection prior to my arrival. He answered all my questions openly, discussing both the positive and negative aspects of the cars. Moreover, he gave me paperwork and taxation tips to apply for old cars, adding, "Whether you buy from us or another dealer, you better do it.". Actually, the cars were even cleaner and in better condition than in the advertisement, and it was evident that he respects his profession. Unfortunately, the color was not a match with her light color choice, so we couldn't proceed with the deal. If I ever see that he has the car I am looking for, I would make an appointment without hesitation."
