"The sale went smoothly. However, the aftercare left much to be desired. Shortly after buying my car (2024), the battery died and I started having problems with the parking sensors. Initially, I contacted them via app about this. However, after I indicated I wanted to discuss the invoices, things went very quiet. Until now... So, ultimately, I'm left with a very unpleasant aftertaste."

Four years ago, I bought a new Dodge Ram, and now I'm constantly being strung along without any response (I was planning on buying a new Ram from him), but I've since bought it from Floris TD. "I received some bad news from Melvin today. The car I was looking for quickly sold to someone else. We've been in contact (six phone calls) since August (now mid-December) about a rare pickup truck. Due to license plate issues, the car wasn't available each time. I called Melvin every other week, and he repeatedly assured me I was the first to buy it and that he'd call me as soon as it was available. Last week, the car actually became available. Today I was told the car had been returned from the dealer and had already been sold to someone else. You have a great way of doing business. Thank you for shattering my dream. I advise everyone to keep looking for another seller with some integrity."
