I had a fixed tow bar installed on my new car. It was a great, reasonable price! I got a small scratch on the bumper during installation (which happens). I immediately ordered a new bumper from the tow bar center. It was delivered the next day, but unfortunately, it had an even bigger scratch (from transport). I ordered again, and now it's undamaged. This bumper was installed quickly and professionally. As a consolation bonus, I received a free goodie bag with gloves and an adapter, among other things. Excellent! I'm very satisfied!

Excellent service! I had a tow bar installed today, and it was done very efficiently. The staff was also very friendly. Definitely recommended!

Horrible company. They don't give you good information, and if you confront them, you get a very nasty attitude from the man behind the counter who runs the place. Definitely not recommended; you're better off having your towbar installed somewhere else. I also discovered later that my trunk light had completely disappeared. I had a new unit installed at the dealership. They won't touch my car anymore.

I recently had a tow bar installed at this shop. I scheduled this through Trekhaakcentrum. To my surprise, I discovered damage to my vehicle after the installation was completed. When I brought this up with the owner, I was met with an unpleasant attitude and behavior. His communication was downright confrontational and aggressive. Instead of responding empathetically and seeking a solution, he seemed to shift responsibility for the problem onto me, the customer. I was interrupted repeatedly and not given the opportunity to express my concerns. In addition to the property damage, the owner's behavior and reaction only exacerbated the situation. DO NOT GO HERE!

Over four years ago, I had a detachable tow bar installed on our BMW convertible here. Every time I use it, I realize again how well it was installed and that I really should write a positive review. Until now, I just never got around to it... I ended up at this place because the dealer and a nearby all-round garage felt way too expensive to me. At Trekhaakcentrum Zwolle, the quote turned out much more reasonable. When picking up the car, I was told that they had had to put in some extra effort to properly conceal the tow bar holder and socket. And the result was impressive! Neatly and invisibly hidden. They also took the time to explain exactly how the detachable tow bar needed to be installed and what I needed to look out for. In short: a good product was delivered, installed neatly, priced very reasonably, and accompanied by excellent service. 5 stars!
