The new tow bar was installed very neatly, but early that morning, the caravan's brake light was gone. We were about to leave for our holiday to Spain and had no brake light, even on Saturday morning. I carefully drove to the tow bar repair shop where the tow bar had been installed, hoping they would help. Luckily, they did. They really pulled out all the stops, even having a mechanic come on his day off to get us back on the road. We finally left for Spain four hours later for a fantastic holiday. I'd like to thank the guys again for their amazing work. They're a top-notch company and highly recommended.

I had a tow bar installed on my Audi. A few things had gone wrong, and they immediately scheduled a date to fix it, along with apologies. I brought the Audi back and discussed the problem with Ruud, who completely agreed with me. He and the mechanic resolved it to my satisfaction, and I'm happy again. As a thank you, I brought them some apple pie. Well done.
