"I always had my car serviced there, but now I don't feel good about it anymore. A year ago, they told me the air conditioning was leaking and needed to be repaired for €700, which I didn't do. The air conditioning worked perfectly. This year I went to a different Toyota dealership for maintenance. There was nothing wrong with the air conditioning. Over the past few years, I've had to have several repairs done in Alkmaar, and now I have my doubts about them. I won't go there anymore. I feel like I'm being ripped off."

"Unfriendly salespeople. Many years ago, I bought a Suzuki and then moved on to another dealership for the same reason. I've now come for a new Toyota, but nothing has changed. The trade-in car was criticized, etc. They were supposed to call about the trade-in price, but I heard nothing. I went to another company where the service was very friendly, everything about hybrid driving was explained, etc., and they were willing to help with the trade-in car. We ended up buying a new Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid!"

"I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced at your company. On [date], I brought my Toyota to your location for the installation of an immobilizer, a security measure required by my insurance company. I was assured that the installation would be completed within two hours; therefore, I returned my vehicle at 10:00 AM. To my disappointment, I received no updates on the progress of the work. At 4:15 PM, I decided to call them myself. The representative on the phone told me that I would be called as soon as the car was ready and that I could come in 30 minutes. Upon arrival, I received a PIN code card. When I asked for further explanation, I was simply referred to the card. Confused, I tried to locate the new device in the car. The next day, my husband asked where the device was located and tried to start the car. Due to error messages, he was unable to start the car. When we called the Toyota dealer in Alkmaar, we were told that the car battery might be dead. We then called roadside assistance. The mechanic determined that the battery in the device in question was dead, preventing the car from starting. After replacing the battery, which we purchased for €5 at DekaMarkt, the problem was resolved within five minutes. This suggests that a used battery was installed in the device. In summary, I wasted an entire Saturday due to your poor communication and service. Given this experience, I am unlikely to use your services again in the future."
