"Did an APK here, they found an issue. After fixing it, I came back and was told I must repeat the entire APK and book again via the app. No help, no flexibility, no responsibility. Because of this, my APK expires and from tomorrow I’m not allowed to drive my car, and Tesla Roermond refuses to assist in any way. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely not the “premium” service Tesla claims to be."

"I had a service appointment ment to calibrate the cameras. Everything was on time and good scheduled. During the procedure you can have a sit or work from the Tesla lounge. You‘re provided there with free, wifi access, tea, coffee, water and restroom access. The bonus amenitie is, in case the procedure takes a little longer, the Roermond City Centre and the Designer Outlet are very close by, which you easily can reach by foot within 10 min. For me it was a nice, productive and leisure time during the service."
