Communicates well, is willing to help, is knowledgeable, and provides fast service. On the way to our holiday destination, the fifth gear in our campervan broke. We were in Germany at the time and received a message from the dealer there that parts were no longer available. We then called TOL to ask if it was safe to drive back to the Netherlands. We were immediately reassured: the part was still available; you just had to know where to look. I could bring the campervan in right away. The part had to be ordered and would arrive the next day. TOL fixed it right away, saving our holiday!

A bit of a late review. I went here in May 2016 for gearbox and clutch kit repairs on a 1999 Suzuki Baleno. Everything was done efficiently for a reasonable price. They also installed a new subframe as an added service. (I brought my own subframe.)
