"Last summer, I bought a V70 P2 on LPG. I did the necessary maintenance myself, but for specialist Volvo wrenching, there's only one place to go. A complete diagnosis, quick communication via the app, and they were pleasantly cooperative within my budget. Especially since I plan to drive this car for years to come, I'm thrilled that they take that for granted, and it just goes to show that the guys themselves are huge enthusiasts! In the end, there were a few unforeseen issues. First, there was a thorough consultation, then parts were ordered, and afterward, they thoroughly went over the repairs with you. A loaner car was no problem, even when it unexpectedly had to be extended for a few days. Excellent service, friendly specialists, and for me, my new go-to garage when it comes to Volvos!"

"I took my Volvo S60 T5 (2013) to Swedish Automotive in Emmeloord for a cylinder head overhaul. The agreement was that the cylinder head would be completely overhauled at a machine shop. I even provided a complete list of original parts. The car was in the workshop for three weeks, but according to the invoice, only eight hours of work were carried out, and the cylinder head was never disassembled. Instead, only the valves were adjusted and some gaskets replaced. This is absolutely not what was agreed upon. After picking it up, the problems started immediately: the engine ran irregularly, there were misfires, and popping noises in the exhaust. I also found several other faults: • the PCV hose was not secured, • the vacuum pump gasket was installed with sealant instead of a new one, • the spark plugs were soaked in oil → the spark plug hole seals were probably not replaced, • the VVT ​​valve with its damaged head was not replaced, • the alignment was performed incorrectly (my request to loosen/tighten the control arms under load was ignored), • a torn tie rod end boot was not reported, • the lower engine mount was supposed to be replaced; I agreed to this, but it never happened. The company only offered €250 in "compensation," while the core of the problem remained. Now I have to have the cylinder head rebuilt again at another garage and buy all the parts again. I brought my car specifically from Eindhoven to Emmeloord because I trusted their expertise with Volvo. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a huge mistake: only money, time, and energy were lost. If this is how it happened to me, it could easily happen to other customers. Be careful before bringing your car here."
