We don't have any experience buying a car from Suzuki Van Buuren BV, but we did need an interior light. It turned out to be a rather unusual size that wasn't in stock. They ordered it for us right away, and it was ready the next day. It was handled perfectly. We're very happy with how quickly this was handled.

Today I was a guest at Suzuki dealership Van Buuren in Gouda. Unfortunately, the reason wasn't pleasant. We had car trouble; our battery was flat, and the car wouldn't start. The roadside assistance had provided jump-start assistance that evening and advised me to have the battery checked to see if a new battery was needed (under warranty). The owner was happy to help me on a Saturday, when the workshop is closed. Completely free of charge, I was able to get back on the road safely, reassured that the battery was fine. My compliments to Mr. Van Buuren for his willingness to help.

Subject: Complaint about unfriendly customer service Dear Sir/Madam, I recently happened to walk past your garage, outside your property, when I stopped to make a phone call. While I was calmly talking on the phone, the owner of Suzuki approached me in an unpleasant manner, telling me to move on and not to stand near the gate. I truly wonder how a business that normally welcomes customers or interested parties can turn people away so rudely. I wasn't on your property, I wasn't causing any disturbance, and yet I was treated as if I were doing something wrong. I hope you take this complaint seriously and that in the future you will treat customers and passersby with more respect and friendliness. First impressions are quickly formed, and unfortunately, this one was anything but positive. Sincerely,
