"Scammers! I took my car in for an oil and filter change (second service) and they charged me extra for spark plugs I didn't ask for! The price per spark plug was four times the market price!!!!! It's not about the amount, or the extra labor they charged, or anything like that. It's about the work they did without asking permission first! They said they would contact me first if they found anything extra. THEY NEVER DID. And of course, I said, NO, DON'T DO IT, because I'm a mechanic myself and I only brought the car here to keep the Suzuki warranty! I absolutely will not recommend this place and I will never return."

"They are completely unreliable. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change (second service), but without my permission, they performed additional work and charged me for replacing the spark plugs. I never asked for this. Moreover, they charged a price per spark plug that was four times the prevailing market price. The problem isn't the amount, nor the extra labor costs, but the fact that work was carried out without prior consultation. I was explicitly told they would contact me first if anything extra was needed. That didn't happen. If they had asked, I certainly wouldn't have given permission, since I'm a mechanic myself and only brought the car here to maintain the Suzuki warranty. I will not recommend this company to anyone, and I will never return."

"The car I found on AutoScout24, a Suzuki Vitara, was purchased by phone with a reservation. I took it for a test drive today; the car was ready and waiting with a welcome sign. The showroom and workshop were spotless. After a short wait, I received excellent service and bought the car. No haggling, as the car is practically like new, and that should be reflected in the price. Generally, the used cars were in excellent condition, so I would definitely buy another one. But first, let's gain some experience."
