"Sorry about the last time, it went terribly wrong. Look at the tire measurement report, it says they just got new tires, and the value is completely wrong. So, sorry? This is the last time I'll be visiting this Suzuki dealership."

"Garage J&S, We bought a new Suzuki S Cross from J&S in 2022. We're still very happy with it. And the garage has always provided excellent service. So, I decided to take my classic car (Golf) there for the MOT and maintenance. They also performed the MOT and maintenance well. For the first time after an MOT, I was able to drive home without any hiccups. I picked up the car on Friday and was supposed to take it to the garage Friday evening. I see a new dent in the hood and a slight crease/crease behind it. Looking inside the hood, you can see they've tried to remove the dent. I always open the hood to disconnect the battery. And from your pet, you really know where the damage is and where it isn't. So, I went back to the garage on Monday afternoon and told them my story. They don't recognize themselves in it. If a mechanic causes damage, they simply tell them. I had also hoped and thought I'd found such a garage by now. And on this... After that incident, I've always been very satisfied. But this is where it ends for me now. Unfortunately, there will be no more J&S next year."
