"My left windshield wiper wasn't working, so I went to this garage. It turned out to be a loose screw, but they tightened it within five minutes. When I politely asked, "Do you want anything from me?" the answer was, "Just give me a tenner." I think that's incredibly easy money. Service is about not giving up; that's how you build customer loyalty. They certainly won't be seeing me again!"

"I was helped by SPS Auto Service. They came by and asked how much it would cost to have a diffuser installed. They agreed on a fair price. They gave the car a quick once-over and said it looked good. So all in all, I left satisfied. This is also a great place to go if you don't need any maintenance but still want to pimp your car."

"I had a really bad experience with this guy. He ripped me off €100 for dismantling parts of my car. My water pump was broken, and he said he'd call me for a quote. He said it would cost €500-600 to install. I said I wouldn't do it; you can get it much cheaper elsewhere. But he already had several parts removed, without the agreement. I was furious that he'd done that, and I had to pay €100. "Don't be so loud, or I'll hit you," he said. This guy, this garage, isn't even worth a ⭐. This is a scam. I do NOT recommend this garage."
